1. Service Description
Pandal Explorer provides a location-based platform to discover festival pandals, restaurants, reviews, navigation, and community-uploaded content in Kolkata and surrounding areas.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload photos, reviews, and ratings. All uploads are subject to admin moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines, is offensive, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
4. Photo Rewards Program
Pandal Explorer may run promotional reward programs for user-uploaded pandal photographs. Unless otherwise stated:
- Rewards are offered to the Top 5 photographs with the highest number of genuine likes at the end of the designated festival counting period.
- Each qualifying photograph must receive a minimum of 10,000 (ten thousand) likes to be eligible for a reward.
- Photos must be original, approved by moderation, and comply with all program rules published on our Photo Rewards page.
- Pandal Explorer may verify likes, investigate fraud, and disqualify entries that use bots, fake accounts, or manipulation.
- Prize amounts, payment methods, and timelines are determined by Pandal Explorer and may be updated with prior notice on the website/app.
- Winners must respond within 30 days and provide valid identity and payment information. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
- Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
- Pandal Explorer's decisions regarding winners and eligibility are final.

5. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempting to manipulate likes, ratings, or trending scores
- Harassing other users or posting abusive reviews
- Using automated tools to scrape or access the platform
- Impersonating other users or entities
6. Intellectual Property
The Pandal Explorer name, logo, and platform design are our property. User-uploaded content remains owned by the uploader, subject to the license granted in our Photo Rewards and content policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pandal Explorer is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of crowd levels, pandal timings, or third-party restaurant information. Use navigation and visit planning at your own discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
