Metro & rail
North Kolkata is served by Shyambazar, Sovabazar Sutanuti, Girish Park, Mahatma Gandhi Road and Central Metro stations on the North-South Line. Girish Park and MG Road are convenient for College Street and central North Kolkata pandals.
Bus routes
Major routes: Esplanade–Dum Dum, Shyambazar–Howrah, and Hatibagan circulators. CSTC and private minibuses run along APC Road and BT Road throughout Puja nights.
Parking
Limited on-street parking along APC Road, BT Road and Rabindra Sarani. Use designated Puja parking near College Square, Shyambazar and Hatibagan. Early evening (before 7 PM) is easiest for finding space.
