Central Metro, Chandni Chowk (when operational), Mahatma Gandhi Road and Esplanade (interchange) stations serve this zone. MG Road and Central are closest to Bowbazar and College Street approaches.
Bus routes
Esplanade is the main hub — buses radiate to all districts. Expect heavy crowds at Esplanade and BBD Bag after 9 PM during Puja.
Parking
Very limited near Bowbazar, Chandni Chowk and Esplanade pandals. Use New Market or Park Street area garages and walk. Police often restrict vehicle entry on peak Saptami–Navami nights.
