About this pandal
The Rajbari puja of Goddess Rajrajeshwari is where Krishnanagar’s Jagaddhatri tradition began under Maharaja Krishnachandra Roy. It opens to the public only on Navami, and before immersion every barowari idol in town is carried to touch the Rajbari.

Metro & rail
No Metro — take a Sealdah–Krishnanagar local (about 2.5 hours) to Krishnanagar City Junction, then walk or take a toto.
Bus routes
WBTC and private buses run extended services during Durga Puja. Check Kolkata traffic updates on Puja nights; many roads are one-way or pedestrian-only near major pandals.
Parking
Street parking near festival pandals is limited during peak Puja evenings. Arrive before 6 PM or use app navigation to find paid parking lots within walking distance. Avoid blocking residential lanes.
